Assuming that your network marketing company provides excellent products and payplan it seems at first glance a surprise that so often distributors who come into this industry fail to make much money and create for themselves a stable financial future. The earning power that this business model offers is quite awesome when you consider the capacity of developing a downline and having hundreds of people beneath you all motivated to create wealth for themselves, one would assume you could literally just watch the money pour in.

I have had chance to speak with various mlm’ers over the last month or so, some are seeing success and some are failing fast, I believe that the reasons for the most part why people are not making any money in this business is lack of training and lack of positive action! It’s a sad fact that many network marketing companies and sponsors simply have not taken the correct steps to get their new folks earning fast. Retention rates in this network marketing industry are a low 15% A lot of rookies feel that they just don’t get the support they need from their sponsors and of course many of us realise that the old fashioned methods which are taught are pretty un-effective in todays world.

An essential principle to learn is that of attraction marketing, I learned from the great guru himself Mike Dillard and since implementing his way of thinking things have never been the same again… in any aspect of my life! If you have not yet already, check out his products and insist that your new recruits do also. Once you start marketing yourself if you get it right you will appeal to the proper people to you and begin to create trust and understanding with them and done correctly they will be asking you to show them your business rather than you pushing it onto them.

Using the internet and employing the attraction marketing principles is very effective. Take heed though, don’t be one of those amatuers who annoys everyone by sending links everywhere claiming ‘Best Opportunity ever, make $5,000 tonight, The best company since sliced bread’ etc…you know the kind of things im talking about, just take a look in your email spam box. People will do business with people that they know and trust, it stands to reason you will stick out from the crowd by branding yourself and what you can give to your prospects in the way of support and very valuable training. Always offer real value!

To grab your prospects attention and trust you must offer them outstanding value, go above and beyond what everyone else is doing and you will stand out from the marketing noise and put yourself in the position of authority and get the results that you deserve. You will be making the most of your mlm network marketing lead . You must have systems in position that will get the job of networking with prospects on auto-pilot, I mean things like auto responders and videos, emails you compose once and then can be read by thousands over and over again, videos you create once and can be watched by millions.

It pays to make sure your team is aware of these strategies so they can maximise their results and in turn benefit you. Attraction marketing is the clear winner, not spam marketing.
