New networkers quickly discover that the traditional recruiting methods are not really that effective in developing a mammoth team of people in our organization. I learned this truth in my early MLM days.

I noticed my business really starting to explode when I started marketing online and combined it with my offline efforts, I can say that using both methods together is extremely powerful. You need to market yourself, not some replicated website, people want to do business with a real person not a faceless webpage. These are effective methods to brand yourself.

Giving real value is the way to go and if you do this you will attract more prospects than just spamming with a replicated website. Providing more value is a number one way to get more prospects, people will become curious about you and ultimately want to do business with you. Always remember people do business with people that they trust, its human nature. Your prospects are looking for a coach and mentor, you can become that leader if you will allow it to happen and are prepared to educate yourself. It’s only the leaders that will be the top earners in this industry, make definite you will be one of them and make certain sure that you are utilising a network marketing system that will recruit and train your prospects in the most valuable way achievable!
