So as a distributor, you develop a structure that is called a down line and you will also earn a commission from the efforts of the people who are below you in the hierarchy as well.

Every effort that you put down on multi level marketing gets to be recognized and rewarded whether it is your direct efforts or indirect efforts from the team you are already building. There is always motivation for everyone and from everyone to do well because their success is yours as well.
