I prefer to see who is building the type of business I want to build or, experiencing more success than me and learn from what they are doing. 1. Vision. There is more to life and business than what is happening in your local areas. Your downlines need to widen their expectations for success by “seeing” what is possible in the business at events.

2. Vision. You have to hear and “get” the vision of your company and the Team you’re working with.

3. Credibility. You will see the results of other successful people in your company. As you associate with these successful people, your credibility will be enhanced in your own team’s eyes and in the eyes of your prospects.

4. Validation. You need to hear proof about your company’s product and that the company is real and legitimate.

5. Inspiration. How can we not help but be inspired at an event when personal development is taught. When we associate with success minded people, that mindset rubs off on us.

6. Inspiration. It goes without saying that you will be edified at a well designed, company event. Watching a video of the event cannot duplicate this inspiration. Being there live makes all the difference!

7. When you and your team members attend an event, something magical happens. They see what is possible. They see the type of results that can be achieved.

8. Recognition. This is an opportunity to recognize yourself and your team for the accomplishments that have been realized. Never let an event pass where you have a team member not being recognized.

9. Decision. Major decisions to rank advance or to dedicate more focus to the business are made as a result of attendance at an event.

10. Business Growth. The more people on your team that you get to your Team and Company events, the faster your business will grow. People will go home with a focused game plan and a renewed conviction. Count on it.
