MLM stands for multi level marketing. It works by recruiting persons to sell products. Each person who recruits people then has a following of these recruited and makes residual income off of the income they bring in.

With an MLM the opposite occurs. You sign on, invest your time, recruit others and work making sales. You are the boss and call your own shots in accordance to how much money you want to make, taking into account you are making money from your recruits too!

For those with high sales, bonuses are awarded. Bonuses are also given for recruiting the most people. You can rely on being paid for your efforts as an MLM is a legitimate business and follows business principles and ethics.

Pyramid schemes work the same as an MLM, with the exception of the unity properties. Members of an MLM are united in their efforts, like a big family who has each others best interest at heart in the money making process.

A pyramids goal is to have the founders keep the cash, while those recruited, who are hard at work making sales, receive a pittance for their trouble. What keeps those who have been recruited working for as long as they do is the promise of cash flow increases somewhere up the road.

The outlook of the pyramid scheme is to pull you in, promise you the world, and then make you feel like you just can not seem to do the program right or meet the expectations. This makes you feel like you must work harder to show them you can.

What does an MLM business lead and prosperity have in common? They have you in common if you are part of a legitimate MLM program. This organization is like one big happy family working together in establishing profits for a lifetime.
