The network marketing book Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard is stirred up an absolute storm of controversey in the network marketing industry overall. There is really alot of confusion surrounding this book, with questions like “Will it grow my downline, or will it build my business. Is it even worth the nominal fee to go out and purchase? This particular magnetic sponsoring review will cover these critical questions, among others.

For the most part, even myself, the entire concept, I was very very leery about, thinking it was just another hyped up claim about how to make network marketing easier. Now, I a know I am not the only one to be skeptical about how to build a business online. There are certainly lots of them out there.

Now with that said, what is the essence of this course? Is there really anything that you will learn from this book? At the core, really it comes down to three seperate things.

#1 Attraction Marketing – Really the entire concept around this is to lead with value in your business and towards your prospects and by virtue of proving and providing value, a natural human attraction is built and you become an attractive person and personality in the eyes of your prospects. Fundamental to this as well is the idea of being a leader and an Alpha Networker. Once you have mastered this concept, never again will you have to chase after leads ever again.

A key concept that is extremely critical to increasing your value is to go ahead and continually educate yourself in your particular niche, become an expert at health, at recruiting, at lead generation. With the correct foundation in education, you can literally train yourself into getting better at all of the above listed.

#2) Funded Proposal – For me, this was really the big takeaway from the Magnetic Sponsoring Course. You see, only a certain percentage of people will only ever buy your product or join you in your downline, and the idea of a funded proposal allows you to generate needed income up front in order to pay for the lead generation and advertising for your business. Up front income is one of the best things to help you create cash flow quickly in this business, not recruiting.

Instead of only 1 out of every 100 people you come in contact with will ever join you in your business, but if you offer others much needed information to help them out, and in turn profit from it as a result. When you increase that number from 1 in 100, to more like 5 or 10 in 100, your odds go way up.

#3) Real Marketing. OK, this is probably the biggest switch that network marketers have to adopt when internalizing the ideas inside Magnetic Sponsoring. Marketing really is all about looking at your business from a customer first standpoint, and servicing them first, giving them what they want instead of trying to coerce and convince people that you have a “Can’t Miss” opportunity. Also, it is about finding those who already are looking for what you have to offer.

So what is the summary here in this magnetic sponsoring review, is there a scam or not?

Really, when you sit back and look at all of the different, basic, yet completely essential business principles behind it, I view it as one of the top handful of “how to” network marketing courses out there on the market. Once you start treating your MLM as a business, it will reward you as a business.

But, let me strongly caution you here. This course won’t build your business for you, nor will it “do” anything for you other than introduce you to the ideas of building a true business based on sound business principles. This is really simply just a stepping stone to bigger and better things for yourself.

Your business will truly take off once you “get” those key concepts.
